Pros
If the higher ups like you, you'll get far. You can jump several levels and pay grade even. Great benefits, 401k up to 8% match.
Cons
The higher ups have a lot of ego. Several of them have been known to us employees to be unfit for the role. They also hire people that are referred to them by people they know, despite lying on their resume and having a lack of experience. They have family members of the company working high up and all senior management are really really old. It's an old fashion company.
