Starting day one, it was clear that our teams work well together, with senior staff that not only take a vested interest in my professional development, but make it a priority. In only a short time I have developed a myriad of skills that I would have never thought to pick up and on a daily basis I am involved in work that doesn’t take that development for granted; I feel like I am making a meaningful contribution to my team.
