1. PDG offers a great learning environment and immense opportunities to work on latest technologies. 2. Work Culture is purely merit driven and very encouraging. Friendly and helpful colleagues. 3. Appraisals and promotions are great and best recognition of your efforts. 4. Lot of employee benefits are provided including medical insurance,in house pantry,work from home, team outings and fun games.

Cons

I do not see any cons so far, but yes, people with lenient and casual approach could find it difficult to adapt to pacing methodologies.
