1. You get to work on variety of technologies which enable you to be in sync with the requirements of the industry. 2. Work on more than one project simultaneously which helps in getting a wider understanding of the domain. 3. Everyone here, including the superiors are collaborative and approachable. 4. Company also organizes team lunch and fun activities. 5. Excellent pay scale.

Cons

1. Sometimes, working on more than one project can get a little overwhelming but it depends on the individual if he/she can step out of the comfort zone and deliver when the situation demands.
