Pros
PDS has a great Company culture. They're not breathing down your neck, looking for ways to criticize like other places I've worked. Instead they intentionally look for ways to enable you to grow professionally and take notice when you've done a job well. The management looks for your input and opinion and so everyone has the ability to be involved in decisions. There are definitely good opportunities here. Pay is reasonable and there are a wide range of good benefits available including health & dental insurance, 401k with no waiting period, vacation and sick time when needed. They invest in new systems to continually improve the work environment and efficiency.
Cons
Would like to be able to work remotely on occasion, if an unavoidable difficulty comes up and I can't travel to the office. With the technology available there is no difference in job performance.
