Former Employer - Recruiting Lead PDS Tech Commercial Employee Review

I really enjoyed working at PDS. It was my first major job coming out of college and everyone was very friendly, always willing to help. The management team gave really good training and guidance and for those that showed a little more initiative, there were always leadership opportunities. Surprisingly, the Owner and President was always in the office. They had a open door policy and welcome anyone that wanted to visit which was rare.
