Pros
Most of the time the atmosphere is that you feel like family insead of just a work mule assigned a number. People know who you are by name, voice and face. Benefits are decent but not spectacular.
Cons
Privately owned, low salaries, no pay raises. They promise growth internally but someone has to die before you can move up and then you better pray they even promote from within. There is no growth. The company is know to is customers and employees that they over promise and severly under-deliver. Some management likes to start drama just to watch it unfold, then punish those they started it with. NOT HR friendly place to work. You have an HR issue? You better just bury it because if you report it the only person they come after is you.
