Pros
Very relaxed and laid back, you can wear jeans etc. They occasionally will do things for their employee's outside of work, to try and bust morale. It's located in Fort Worth, and not in the Dallas area like most places are, this is the best part.
Cons
From talking with several individuals that have worked at PDX 3 to 9 years. I've been told that raises just don't happen at this company. So the best advice I could give is to ask for what you want for your salary, because you may not get a raise... ever. The benefits are pretty bad. 401k match is 1cent per every dollar you put in, and you're not even 100% invested until after several years. The medical is pretty bad... Their is a high expectation to work atleast 45 hours or more every week if your salary/exempt. It is preached often, and micromanagement is an issue.
