      Pros

      Great facilities and good pay, benefits. Smart and experienced people

      Cons

      The company grew too fast and they picked up a lot of dead weight. The management made sudden brash decisions. You could walk in one morning and find you're suddenly part of a new team. Turn over rate is high. Decisions are made uneducated and without consultation.

      Smart people and opportunity to move around the portfolio companies and new projects if you raise your hand. Beautiful office space,

      Demanding environment with very high expectations (can be unrealistic).
