Been at the company for 5 years and it has experienced crazy growth in that time. PEAK6 had 300 people in 2018 and now has 2000 across the portfolio. It is a company of companies, all of which have been in growth stage, all of which have experienced expected growing pains. With that growth comes tons of opportunity for those that desire it. It is a 25 year old company with a start up mentality, decisions made quickly and you must be able to be agile and pivot. It is a place that you can have ten different careers and never have to leave. It is not for everyone and that is said from the start.
