Peak6 likes to run its businesses into the ground they bring in people that throw some catchy buzz words at them who really have no clue. Then they make no attempt to actually learn anything about the businesses they buy up before absolutely destroying them and the culture. Employees live in fear for their positions always walking on eggshells, there is absolutely no trust amongst employees.
