Pros
The benefits and perks are off the chart. It is clear from the moment new employees walk in the door that they are appreciated and valued. I feel valued and appreciated every day as I know there are teams working really hard behind the scenes to confirm to the employees that P6 is an employer of choice. We work hard, therefore we play hard. I never dread coming to work, in fact I oftentimes look forward to it. The people are amazing and there is always something new going on....each day is never the same.
Cons
It's a young, growing company, that has made many changes over the last few years when it comes to the direction of the business, and launching new business ventures. Employee's have to be open to this. Your job is what you make of it, and if you are not willing to work hard, take risks, and speak up, your job might will stay the same. Rewards are based on performance, which can be difficult to handle for those that are 9-5 employees and unwilling to put the pedal to the metal. If that is you, this might not be the right environment for you.
