10yThank you for your feedback. We’re honestly sorry to hear that you’ve had such a negative experience at PEAK6. It’s especially disheartening to hear that you feel that there’s a lack of transparency and that we aren’t thoughtful around growth and development. We certainly want to see employees thrive, grow and develop and be happy when they come to work. In general we’ve found the most successful employees at PEAK6 tend to be proactive, ambitious and accountable. They are courageous and communicate openly. If you have ideas and insights that can help improve things we’re definitely interested in your feedback. We’ve found that employees who are engaged are definitely happier. You can talk to your manager, HR or me. You’re right that one person can’t change a culture, but one truly dissatisfied employee can. We’d rather learn from your experience than have you be unhappy each day. However, we know we’re not the best fit for everyone. And, if you truly feel that you’re not in the best position to leverage your talents at PEAK6, we’d completely understand if you felt it necessary to make a move. While we’d be disappointed, we’re most interested in ensuring that you are in a role, and culture, that’s the right fit for you and your talents.
