I’m glad to hear that you feel that you’re challenged and you find the work rewarding. I’m interested to hear your feedback on people not knowing each other. I’m not sure if you were at Andy Stefanovich’s talk last year. As he started asking questions to employees in the room, he hit on a similar theme around how everyone doesn’t know each other well enough. As the firm has grown we have new people in various areas and haven’t focused enough on cross-team interaction. We created a dedicated Culture Team out of these discussions, and that team looked at how to build stronger connections across all groups with some initial steps.
