Trying to create great culture - Anonymous employee PEAK6 Employee Review

Thank you for the feedback. You hit on a lot of interesting facets of PEAK6. I’m glad to hear that you feel challenged and that it’s clear we want PEAK6 to have a great culture and be an amazing place to work I’m also interested to hear your thoughts that a couple of other people have touched on around how we should do more to create opportunities for people to get to know one another. We have done some work here across teams, but haven’t really focused on leaders getting to know everyone across the firm in the way you outline. As the firm grows and we expand efforts into multiple areas, we need to think through the best way to do this. Certainly for leaders in Capman, who are focused on the trading business, they need to be connected with the broader team.
