Pros

Good starting pay and union raises.. Great and accessible location..

Cons

Alot of politics and rules.. Quality guidelines that make no sense... High turnover in the call center..no flexibility in scheduling. The company gives no notice for expected mandatory which can be anywhere between an additional four hour shift to an 8 hour shift.. Which may work for people who don't have families but not working mothers.. Also human resources says they have an open door policy but I've been there for 7 months and still don't know who I can talk to about the union.
