      Salary and benefits keep employees at PECO. The company is good for employee development and training.

      Cons

      The only way to get ahead in the company is by being friends with management. They focus solely on promoting friends to keep the management team within the same structure. The Directors and VP's move employees that they do not like without any input from others. They have asked employees to write positive reviews on this website so don't necessary trust the good reviews.
