We continue to focus on the value of our brands and the highest quality response to our market opportunities - and I agree with you that we seem to be fostering an enjoyable work environment whilst investing all the time in our brands and our market offerings and delivering great growth. One thing worth highlighting is that we (currently) have a fairly 'informal' approach to HR management in the company. That will change over time - but until it does, I hope everyone feels encouraged and able to talk to their team leadership about their career aspirations and personal development. As you point out, we have opportunities arising all the time in London, New York and Hong Kong - and moves can be within a team, across teams and even across continents. I see a lot of movement has happened like this during the last year for instance. We don't want anyone who's clearly ready and able to take on more responsibility to feel frustrated.
