      People are welcoming and socials are great Great team atmosphere Flexible working Great for graduates looking to enter PE field, working at PEI opens several doors to enhance your career sales team has opportunity to progress due to lack of experienced colleagues

      SALARIES INSUFFICIENT in 2022 London, god forbid next year how folk will manage Training insufficient to be consistently successful with diff type of clients Senior Management out of touch with base level employees, very stubborn and results orientated

      Leads come in through CRM and you have a bunch

      Some of the verticals are just bad compared to others and the quota doesn’t reflect that.
