Pros

Truly met and made best friends here! I think this company is somewhere I would like to grow and be apart long term. The company does a lot to show their employees that they care and appreciate their hard work. We have performance management meeting with the line managers to discuss what we want to work on and how we want to grow our careers. They also have work drinks and company parties!

Cons

More opportunities for growth or promotions. Possibly a yearly bonus scheme, the longer your tenure, the more sales closed, possibly adds up to a possible yearly bonus?
