Business Outlook

Pros

- Given lots of support by the HR department, they see you as people and not a number. - Everyone is passionate about the work they do and care about the success of the business. - Flexible working. - Always looking to improve and listen to employee feedback.

Cons

-PEI host town hall meetings but only twice a year, would be good to see these maybe at the end of every quarter to see the company success more regularly. -Top down communication could be improved but I think that would be solved with more regular town halls and company updates.
