Pay is low and management is confused - Former Employee PEI Group Employee Review

Pay is really low but the management expect unrealistic targets and constantly complain when they have to be readjusted. Management are a clear net negative with their constant micro management. We were forced more into an office with terrible lighting and fruit on random days.
