Pros
You will never be fired unless you have performance or behavioral issues. PenFed does not hire temps or for peak periods. You are hired until you make it impossible to keep you anymore. Not a lot of OT required. Good opportunities for extra funds if you are in a sales-level position.
Cons
Full time schedule is 37.5 hours and you paid accordingly. Mandatory OT when you're not paid 1.5 times unless you go over 40 hours. Only paid OT if you're hourly. Little transparency in managers. It was difficult to remain genuine to employees when the MO was to keep hush hush about things that didn't need to be kept secret, in my opinion. Little trust is a result of this philosophy.
