The people! Penfed is the most diverse place I've ever worked for. They help you get through the tough days.
Cons
The disrespect in this place was horrible! It was like a scene out of" Matilda". There were people crying during work hours and stressed from the verbal abuse that was dished out almost daily from the Penfed Trunchbull. The level of self doubt and disgust my collages and I felt was high for a company that says they "care" about their employees. Those who screwed up were promoted to a director level (which for some reason doesn't require a college degree) or kept as an employee because why not?! There were two ways a person could get fired 1)they literally grabbed someone by the...well you know...or 2) Penfed pushes you out by making your work life hell.
