Cons
I used to LOVE working at PenFed. I absolutely adored my team and the people I worked with. I have never had such spectacular managers in my entire working career.... When Tammy became our new COO, that is when everything tanked. She is an expert when it comes to the car dealership world and is clueless when it comes to running operations at a credit union. I'm not sure why turnover since she came into office hasn't been addressed but should be really telling. Here's a novel idea: Let's do an internal Medallia survey so you can get YOUR accurate NPS. Then maybe you will be forced to address the repugnant environment that has been created. I've never worked at a place where so many people made comparisons of the COO to an evil dictator.
