Pros
There were not many pros. Maybe the hours. But you were forced to work all federal holidays no matter if you branch was in a mall or at Arlington. Then they start making you work 6 days a week but manipulate the schedule so you never get overtime.
Cons
There is no training program for anyone outside of a few branches. Costs are cut at every corner. They build brand new buildings for management yet leave some branches with mold issues and completely outdated and in terrible shape. The bereavement policy is a joke. Two days no matter if you live in Guam,Japan or Portugal. There is no overseas policy for anyone. There is mandatory volunteerism yet the pay is lower than most high schoolers with no education make. They will make you do phone conferences on information that completely doesn’t pertain to you or at 5 am.
