Pros
This company believes in it's employees. They DO NOT lay off. If circumstanced require a belt tightening they will seek to do so in every other area but displacing employees. The benefits are decent. The CEO is visible and willing to hear from ALL employees. Open door policy here is not fiction. The work environment is truly a family environment full of dedicated employees. Nice, annual, company-wide, performance based bonuses. Work from home options are available.
Cons
Middle management puts in LONG hours. Leadership is working to trust the judgement of the specialist (Mid Managers) that they hire. Since this is a "work in progress" many times knee-jerk reaction decisions are made with sound planning. This causes an air of haste and constant stress. Work systems are outdated and need a complete overhaul.
