Cons
The training is subpar and not complete enough for the amount of stuff they want the new member services representatives to learn. Considering the sheer breadth of the information that is needed and how precise the work is, the training is designed to get the super performers, but what they need to do is have better training so they get more quality reps. Also, they need to change their nazi call center rules, such as the fact that if you need to go to the bathroom, it burns your break time! They need to treat the reps as adults. This why they are always bringing in trainees every few weeks, no one stays very long and so many just get up and leave during training or after they get on the phones! I noticed that there are few if any smiles in the break room.
