Pros
Company offers 100% paid benefits, which is unheard of today, and have several perk programs in place--such as a 'stay fit' program. They are also very flexible with scheduling and understand that employees have priorities outside of work.
Cons
Some portions of the company are not held accountable to their work--or lack thereof. This can be very discouraging to employees that put in 100%.
