Organization currently under reorg and modernization with need to increase staffing. Old style management clashes with the reorg goal of matrix management. Some managers unable to relinquish control. Continued to command and control, staff suffers from these changes. Avoid until reorg has been settled particularly with the technology department. Location is also far from the train station. Account for addition 20 mins walk/shuttle time in Newark, which is not the best place to walk. For driver, parking lot and city traffic can add additional 30 minutes to exit to highway.
