We’re genuinely sorry to read that you feel this way about your time in the Account Management team, and it’s clear from your comments that your experience left you feeling undervalued and frustrated.
We take feedback around KPIs, incentives, and culture extremely seriously - particularly when it relates to fairness, recognition, and how individuals feel supported day to day. While we can’t comment on individual circumstances, we do want to reassure you that we continuously review performance metrics and reward structures to ensure they reflect the realities of the role and remain transparent, achievable and aligned with both individual and business success.
We’re also concerned by your comments regarding the floor culture and the perception of attitudes toward AMs. We appreciate you raising these points.
