Pros

It makes other things in life not seem so bad.

Cons

The decline during 2025 is unbelievable. What used to feel like a structured, competent department has devolved into chaos under leadership that seems completely out of its depth. NA Management feels more focused on pleasing their own bosses than actually leading, supporting, or understanding the work (just look at the other reviews). Any sense of direction or strategy has evaporated, although they do have a lot of meetings with each other. Autonomy has been stripped away to the point where the role now feels like a scripted call-center job. We’re no longer allowed to pitch clients, we’re not building any meaningful skills, and worryingly it feels like the work could easily be outsourced for a fraction of the cost because we’re not being allowed to do anything that requires real judgment or expertise. The only potential value this service could offer clients would come from strong account management, but that’s impossible when each person is buried under an absurd number of accounts. Clients don’t get proper attention, employees burn out, and leadership seems to think the solution is yet another meeting rather than actually fixing anything. If you’re looking for growth, autonomy, or competent leadership, look elsewhere. This place is running on fumes and denial.

Hi there, Thank you for writing such a detailed review. We’re sorry to hear your experience has felt so negative, particularly around leadership, workload and the way the role has changed. It’s clear you feel autonomy and development have reduced, and that account volumes are making it difficult to give clients the time they deserve. That isn’t the experience we want for anyone, and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams. We also want to address your point about being asked to post positive reviews and concerns about conduct. We encourage honest feedback and expect professional behaviour across the business. If you’re willing, we’d strongly encourage you to raise any specific concerns confidentially with the People Team or through the appropriate reporting channels so they can be looked into properly. Thank you again for taking the time to share this. PHMG People Team

Pros

My experience at PHMG has been such a fun and rewarding opportunity, especially for someone with little to no experience in sales. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and build confidence while being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed. The culture is one of my favorite parts. Everyone is very welcoming and approachable, always willing to answer questions or offer advice. Since it’s a great starting point for someone new to sales, you never feel like you’re figuring things out alone. The team is supportive, and there are so many opportunities to learn from the people around you. I’ve also really enjoyed the networking opportunities and getting to connect with so many different people across the company. PHMG does a great job creating a fun environment where people work hard but also enjoy what they do. Overall, it’s been an amazing place to start a sales career and build a strong foundation. The skills, relationships, and experience you gain here can set you up for success in future sales roles as well.

Cons

none! I loved my time here.

Pros

PHMG is a great place to breakout in a sales role and gain experience. They offer a 15 week training program called the Academy, where you get first hand coaching, product knowledge and training, and dive head first into an SDR role with constant feedback and support. You also get the commission you earn right away, with a lot of potential to earn extra cash and fun events such as President's club. I was able to attend after my first month and they really want you to experience the fun incentives. Once you graduate the Academy they move you over to a team on the senior sales floor where you still receive constant coaching and support. The team environment is motivating and keeps each day exciting. Everyone is always there to lift you up and keep pushing you to succeed. The culture and environment here is like no other and I was lucky enough to find some of my closest friends at this role. Definitely a work hard play hard mentality where we celebrate the small and big wins daily.

Cons

It is a grind, there are going to be hard days where motivation is hard. It is very metrics focused and you will be cold-calling all day everyday. Kind of the typical entry level role that comes with sales.
