Pros
You will realise exactly what you *don’t* want to do with your life at PHMG.
Cons
A company and culture straight out of the 1980s… at least. The overall culture at PHMG is not at all compatible with modern/current standards of work environments at pretty much every other mainstream company - however SLT have their heads so far up their own and each other’s proverbial that despite the glaringly obvious feedback from the vast majority of the workforce on topics such as flexibility, wellbeing etc etc things will never change, - you *will* be viewed with disdain and gaslighted into thinking you simply lack “grit” (PHMG’s favourite yet meaningless buzzword) if you don’t fully subscribe to the cult. Aside from that, ‘chaos’ (aka structural inefficiency) in the form of ill thought out strategic decisions that change on a dime and are expected to be cleaned up by non management is worn like a badge of honour here….despite the evident amount of unnecessary stress and anxiety this creates among teams. I have never known a company to have so many employees on stress and sick leave - it’s absurd.
