Pros
The immediate team have always been fantastic, a world away from any other company I have worked with, despite going through the same challenges. Adam Ryding in particular is a one of the best team managers I have ever met.
Cons
There is no acknowledgement of concerns raised by multiple team members on multiple occasions. There is instead a new undertone, due to changes within the company structure, of a shift towards legitimate concerns that impact not only dedicated staff members but customers alike being dismissed as an inability of long term skilled staff being unable to manage their responsibilities. Absolutely no effort has been made to recognise the impact financially or mentally on team members who are under increased pressure due to added workload, unreasonable KPIs, clearly explained disparity in previous vs recent cases to manage and above all the consistent brush off regarding job security. We are being asked to put our trust, livelihoods, families future security into the hands of a company that can give no further reassurance when asked than 'we just don't know', a company of its size and the devastating impact it will have on many people who have striven to be committed employees for many years, it's frankly just not good enough.
