I joined the company during a period of immense growth, and have witnessed this success first hand. I was pitched on the phone by a recruiter whilst living in a different city and they sold the job to me very well – so much so I assumed there had to be a catch. When I joined I was made to feel very welcome and quickly felt right at home within the Sales team. Coming from a sporty background definitely helped, as there is a competitive atmosphere in the office that I personally thrive on. The ethos is certainly one whereby what you put in is what you get out, and I can honestly say the commission, incentives and on-going training within the company are both achievable and inspirational. After one year, an opportunity arose in a client supporting position that I successfully secured. 18 months later, I now lead a team of 10 Consultants in providing our audio branding service to our rapidly growing North American client base. I feel that my passion and continued hard work have really been recognised, and I’ve been given exceptional support in my Leadership role.
Cons
If you're not willing to work hard, don't expect to go far. I would say however that this would be the same with any company.
