Pros
I have worked at PHMG as a Team Leader for the UK, based in the amazing London offices. I can honestly say I’ve never worked in a nicer environment and loved coming to work. The PHMG staff are a great bunch of people, everyone helps each other and there is a genuine family atmosphere. There are fun days out, daily cash incentives and plenty of glamorous events hosted by the company – not to mention the games room with pool table, Playstation etc. The office is run by a brilliant management team in the UK who understand exactly what makes a sales floor tick and are very well respected. The job itself requires a lot of hard work, a strong work ethic and irrational commitment. So long as you are willing to work hard, put the figures on the board and source data effectively, the rewards are uncapped and the progression ladder in the company is very attainable if you want it (I was a team leader after 3 months with salary increase and over-ride). PHMG is a great choice for anyone wishing to start a career in sales and offers a fast-paced, fun, friendly and meritocratic environment that I was proud to be a part of. My career is taking me in another direction now, but I wish everyone there all the very best for the future!

Lots of data sourcing but you have top of the range software which makes it very easy and straight forward.
