I worked with PH Media Group on the Client Support Side. It was an overall excellent experience - I was challenged, learnt a lot and had the opportunity to progress internally. - The team: it was a fast-paced role with a lot of hard work put in and the team supported each other. Team management was excellent, keeping everyone engaged and positive. I enjoyed working there on a day-to-day basis. - Company culture: The company is generous and great at rewarding success. It's a social, outgoing environment and there is an excellent Marketing Dept who pull off amazing internal events. - Compensation: Even in a support role the commission structure is set up so you can be rewarded for going over and above targets. I worked hard and the earning potential was fantastic. - Opportunity: I saw a lot of growth and globalisation in my time with the company. I had the opportunity to take on an internal promotion and saw many others do the same. They value talent & hard work over tenure.
Cons
It's a fast-paced role where you do need to work hard to do well. It's not the type of place where you can coast along. It's an organisation for someone who wants to give it their all.
