Pros

• Amazing commission accompanied by a generous basic salary (for my age and previous experience) • Ongoing training and mentoring! Management have taught me a lot about myself and my capabilities. • Lively atmosphere in the office - jukebox playing every time someone gets a deal (some great tunes on their as well :D) • Good chill out areas – Xbox, PlayStation, pool and table tennis • Incentives galore! Loads of opportunity to earn extra cash – win incentives, prizes such as: flat screen TV’s, a night in a nice spa hotel for 2, console’s and tablets • Career progression is in black and white, if you hit your target you get promoted- it’s as simple as that, I was promoted 3 times within my year and a half in sales hitting my senior 1 and senior 2 and then promoted to a team leader. It isn’t focused on ‘time served’ like it can be at a lot of other companies. • The amount of charity work we do is incredible, people jumping out of aeroplanes doing tough mudders ect – I myself took part in the 5k Santa dash which was so much fun and a great personal achievement of mine. • We have a football team and a netball team in the office, this is a great way to interact with people in the office from different departments. Plus I love sports! The fact that a working environment can offer this is extremely cool. • Growth into American market is happening! Offices are being opened, potential relocation opportunities, a very very exciting time to be a part of the company. • 4 quarterly events which are off the chain • The marketing department are on another level! Every event every presentation literally everything they do is just insane.

Cons

I cant really think of any downsides. I suppose it take a lot of hard work to be successful but you get that in any company. If your looking for a 9-5 job then this isnt the place for you. However, if your looking for a career and you want to develop your skills then this is the place to be

Pros

My experience at PHMG has been such a fun and rewarding opportunity, especially for someone with little to no experience in sales. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and build confidence while being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed. The culture is one of my favorite parts. Everyone is very welcoming and approachable, always willing to answer questions or offer advice. Since it’s a great starting point for someone new to sales, you never feel like you’re figuring things out alone. The team is supportive, and there are so many opportunities to learn from the people around you. I’ve also really enjoyed the networking opportunities and getting to connect with so many different people across the company. PHMG does a great job creating a fun environment where people work hard but also enjoy what they do. Overall, it’s been an amazing place to start a sales career and build a strong foundation. The skills, relationships, and experience you gain here can set you up for success in future sales roles as well.

Cons

none! I loved my time here.

Pros

PHMG is a great place to breakout in a sales role and gain experience. They offer a 15 week training program called the Academy, where you get first hand coaching, product knowledge and training, and dive head first into an SDR role with constant feedback and support. You also get the commission you earn right away, with a lot of potential to earn extra cash and fun events such as President's club. I was able to attend after my first month and they really want you to experience the fun incentives. Once you graduate the Academy they move you over to a team on the senior sales floor where you still receive constant coaching and support. The team environment is motivating and keeps each day exciting. Everyone is always there to lift you up and keep pushing you to succeed. The culture and environment here is like no other and I was lucky enough to find some of my closest friends at this role. Definitely a work hard play hard mentality where we celebrate the small and big wins daily.

Cons

It is a grind, there are going to be hard days where motivation is hard. It is very metrics focused and you will be cold-calling all day everyday. Kind of the typical entry level role that comes with sales.
