Pros
Over a year and a half ago I was approached on LinkedIn by the Creative Director who enquired to see if I was still actively seeking employment. After freelancing for a period of time I was ready to become part of a team once again, following two interviews I was offered the job within the Marketing team and i haven't looked back since and can say I have enjoyed every minute. As a company they actively look to enhance and develop your work role, it is nice to see the passion everyone has for the company to succeed and this shows with the amount of blue chip companies we work with. There is a friendly and warm working environment which makes the working day breeze by. Everyone on my team is really friendly and helpful and committed, there is a large range of working projects which help to keep the creative aspects interesting for designers. PHMG is like no other company I have worked for, they provide lots of perks which helps to keep a great working atmosphere for the team, as well as this I think it is very commendable the amount of time and effort the company set as side to raise money for charity. I feel privileged and lucky to have found such a successful and world leading company to work for and I'm looking forward to growing with the company.
Cons
I don't think there are any negatives all I can see is positives.
