Pros

You will feel comfortable in face to face meetings for the rest of your life.

Cons

every single positive review on this site about them was more than likely done by upper management to try and cover up the truth of who they are. They are master manipulators and the place is all smoke and mirrors. They destroy good sales peoples lives by making false promises and then pulling you out of your previous much better work situation by promising unrealistic bonuses. You can literally close a deal a day but because of a holiday you still could not reach their unrealistic targets and make no money. they do not scale targets according to specific work days per month. In manchester, where the company is founded, they prefer their employees to not be very educated so that upper management can further brain wash and exhibit power over them because the employee unfortunately have no better options for employment. If you like open dialogue or for your opinion to be heard and valued then this is not the place for you. If you don't want to grow as a professional , enjoy being in a constant state of paranoia, and want to question your self worth on a day to day basis this is the place for you. For young people coming out of college I can't think of a worse place to begin your career. A company is supposed to make you feel safe, work with you on utilizing your strengths, and help you to reach your fullest potential. This place does the exact opposite. If i had a son or daughter that i raised and they ended up working here i'd be very disappointed in myself as a parent. They are not good at audio branding, the "deal on the day" mentality is pushed because their product is faulty, and most every one of their clients hates their service that they were conned into buying into the first place. They have tricky one sided contracts and are way worse than any car salesman you'd ever work with. If you enjoy ripping off good businesses in your neighborhood then by all means this is your place. If you want to make a difference in the world, and believe in making financial gains through strategy and use of your talents, avoid this place like the plague. oh yea I would toss on a doctors mask so you don't get struck in the face with one employees vomit smelling breath. business model is good if it was done correctly.

Pros

My experience at PHMG has been such a fun and rewarding opportunity, especially for someone with little to no experience in sales. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and build confidence while being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed. The culture is one of my favorite parts. Everyone is very welcoming and approachable, always willing to answer questions or offer advice. Since it’s a great starting point for someone new to sales, you never feel like you’re figuring things out alone. The team is supportive, and there are so many opportunities to learn from the people around you. I’ve also really enjoyed the networking opportunities and getting to connect with so many different people across the company. PHMG does a great job creating a fun environment where people work hard but also enjoy what they do. Overall, it’s been an amazing place to start a sales career and build a strong foundation. The skills, relationships, and experience you gain here can set you up for success in future sales roles as well.

Cons

none! I loved my time here.

Pros

PHMG is a great place to breakout in a sales role and gain experience. They offer a 15 week training program called the Academy, where you get first hand coaching, product knowledge and training, and dive head first into an SDR role with constant feedback and support. You also get the commission you earn right away, with a lot of potential to earn extra cash and fun events such as President's club. I was able to attend after my first month and they really want you to experience the fun incentives. Once you graduate the Academy they move you over to a team on the senior sales floor where you still receive constant coaching and support. The team environment is motivating and keeps each day exciting. Everyone is always there to lift you up and keep pushing you to succeed. The culture and environment here is like no other and I was lucky enough to find some of my closest friends at this role. Definitely a work hard play hard mentality where we celebrate the small and big wins daily.

Cons

It is a grind, there are going to be hard days where motivation is hard. It is very metrics focused and you will be cold-calling all day everyday. Kind of the typical entry level role that comes with sales.
