The compensation is clear and exceeding the projected amounts listed in the interview process. Best pro is having your appointments set for you. Your role as a BDM is to close business and the team takes everything else off your plate so you can do just that. The quality of the product is world leading and it is needed by all businesses. the responsiveness form the inside team and demos has been amazing. This helps me close business when unexpected events pop up. All in all great!
Cons
There is a lot of drive time to appointments. However, the company knows this and helps with your car, gas, and tolls. One downside of having your appointees set for you is you that you really can't reschedule them. Once they are set you need to show up and make it happen.
