Pros
There was a great work culture. I loved everyone that I worked with.
Cons
The commission structure makes no logical sense. A small deal is worth the same amount of points as a huge deal. When I was handed too many accounts and I needed to hit my target, it made more sense for me to focus on the simpler accounts rather than the expensive complicated accounts that require way more work. Logically, I should have been invested in those big deals but I I had no incentive to do so because of the commission structure. Honestly, I loved the work that I did but what I was getting paid did not match the hard work I put into it. What I put into my work and the value of my position should result in financial compensation that matches the role, but it doesn't.
