Pros
Some of the people were great nice office location Updated their training which was lacking when I started It's good experience for someone out of college CEO is actually a great guy which makes everything else so puzzling
Cons
If you want to be successful there is no work/life balance the pay sucks for the amount of work you have to do management style is 100% based on threats if you aren't doing exactly what they want Don't like when people have success in a different way than what they want The product sucks and is essentially a scam, their sales tactics are to illicit an emotional reaction You will be constantly stressed with minimal reward The pay structure is insane Not everyone comes in with the same opportunities, it is completely luck where you are placed and if you get placed on a bad territory with a bad bdm you won't make any money They will screw you over on bonus money if they get the chance.
