The “world class product” they call audio branding is essentially on hold messaging produced by freelancers that they then sell to unsuspecting businesses for an auto renewing monthly contract that once they sign, its almost impossible to get out of. They’ll do anything to not pay their employees. There is always some fine print attached to all the bonuses and incentives so that they almost never have to pay up. They also deduct money from your paycheck if a client you signed up cancels, even if its not your fault. The technology is horrible. Square monitors that make you feel like its 2007 and an in house CRM that is useless. As if the job wasn’t hard enough… The board of directors are all British white males that don’t care about anything else but their pockets. No diversity or inclusion at all.
