There will be a lot of listings for PHMG vacancies as so many people are leaving due to the working environment, I've seen more than one of my colleagues crying in the office.
Over 60% of monthly commission is based on the performance of another team or completely uncontrollable, meaning the top metric performers often earn less than the bottom and sometimes earn nothing at all on top of the basic. The management are clueless to how the role works so the KPIs they set are unrealistic or irrelevant.
In the 18 months I've been here there has been an array of changes to the management structure but no one promoted or any opportunity of progression from the role. They continuously promote the same upper management to different positions across the company so they end up running departments they have no experience in, but promise results so demand more productivity from a team already overstretched due to how many people have left or as sick leave is so high due to the stress levels.
There is no investment in the position and the old perks have been slowly taken away, we used to get drinks on a Friday but these have been removed without any word. The computer equipment and monitors are so old you can't read reports on them. Even the building we are in doesn't provide parking or hand towels/dryers in the bathroom.
