EVERYTHING. Senior executives intimidate and threaten all staff under them. They don’t listen, care, or know how to resolve issues. They create hostility between departments, in fact two of the executives thrive on doing this. HR is no resource at all that employees are able to trust or confide in. There is definitely the select favorites in this company that are protected from the very top portions of the organization whether they are performers or not. If they like you, you’re safe, but if you don’t play politics the correct way you are going nowhere unless it’s out the door.
