Pros

It’s not a perfect company, but it comes pretty close. The CEO is a visionary and really knows what he’s doing when it comes to running a business. Even if the work itself weren’t enjoyable, I’d stay with the company if only because it’s a reliable job where my hard work is valued and rewarded.

Cons

I think the training is the biggest con. They kind of just throw new hires into the thick of things and wait for them to catch on.
