toxic culture, management deluded as to what most people think about them and the firm, people scared to speak up/complain because of the constant fear of retaliation, they say one thing in writing (for optics) but do the opposite in reality, arrogance found in abundance, company and management care about the money they make and nothing else, distribution of money/rewards incredibly unfair and enormously skewed to those at the top
