      Co-workers are awesome, stay in nice hotels most of the time, pay is good, rapid growth, daily per-diem.

      Cons

      The amount of travel gets old after a while, but the management is willing to work with you.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with, we work collaboratively and will work through some of the challenges that come with rapid growth. It's a great team!

      Cons

      PTO is a challenge for recruiting new employees, and the health insurance premiums are higher than I would have expected.
