I really value the strong sense of team at PL Developments. Everyone works together regardless of title, which creates a supportive and collaborative environment. The culture feels very family oriented, and there’s a genuine sense of teamwork and open communication across all levels. One of the reasons I’ve been here for over 15 years is being able to see the company’s growth and success firsthand, and it’s been rewarding to be part of that journey.
